Kjartan Fløgstad hardly needs any further presentation. Based on his latest novel, Due og drone, he will be talking about his writing with Theater Director Tor Arne Ursin.
Kjartan Fløgstad has written sixteen novels and a wide range of essay collections, poems, plays and biographies. He has received the Aschehoug Prize, the Nordic Council Literature Prize, the Critic’s Prize, the Norwegian Målags Prize, Brageprisen and the Gyldendal Prize. In 2008 he received the Brages Honorary Award.

Tor Arne Ursin is a theater director, and he was among the founding members of Grenland Friteater in 1976. Over the past 20 years he has staged a number of performances based on Kjartan Fløgstad’s lyrics and universe. Few know Fløgstad’s writing the way Tor Arne Ursin does.
